The book “Think and Grow Rich” is an amazing read, but how do people use the concept when stress and worry from day to day life consumes their thoughts?

I was very reluctant to share this because most people don’t understand, but here it is anyway. Financial trauma is a real trauma that most people don’t even realize they suffer from. It is not about people who just don’t want to pay their bills. It’s much, much deeper than that. Financial trauma comes from years of taking financial abuse in one form or another with no end or relief in sight. If you know of a cure or some methods to help heal from this, please leave your answers in the comments.
